How it works
Selling a pickup privately means test drives, time-wasters and buyers wanting to crawl underneath it. Selling to us takes days, with no fees at any stage.
1. Ask for a valuation
Fill in the valuation form, call us on 0800 206 2332, or send the registration, mileage and a few photos on WhatsApp. Photos of the load bed, the interior and the chassis underneath help us make an accurate offer first time.
2. Get your offer, held for 7 days
We come back to you with a price. There is no pressure to accept on the spot: your offer is held for seven days while you think it over.
3. Free collection anywhere in the UK
Once you are happy, we agree a time to collect the Hilux from your home, workplace or business premises. Collection within the UK is free. Non-runners and Hiluxes with no MOT are collected on a recovery truck.
4. Same-day payment
We check the Hilux matches the description and the paperwork is in order, and you are paid by bank transfer while our driver is with you. We will never ask you to release your Hilux until you are completely happy and the money is in your account. No fees are deducted.
Selling through a business?
Tell us the company name and whether VAT was reclaimed when the Hilux was bought. We'll provide the paperwork your accountant needs.
What you will need
- The V5C registration document in your name
- Photo ID such as a driving licence or passport
- All keys, and any service history and receipts you have
- If there is outstanding finance, the settlement figure from your lender
